Your story and breastfeeding goals are important to me. At each visit, I will observe your baby feeding from the breast, bottle, or assess pumping. I will provide a skilled assessment of your baby’s latch and suck strength/coordination to best help you meet your goals. You will receive an individualized feeding plan specific to your breast, bottle, or pumping needs.
Prenatal Visit
Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while we discuss essential breastfeeding information to help you prepare for your little one. This one-on-one session will prepare new or seasoned parents with education on the basics of successful breastfeeding for their coming arrival.
A pregnancy consult also provides the opportunity to address specific questions and concerns that the family may have regarding breastfeeding and or pumping.

Initial Visit
The Initial visit provides time and space for parents to share their goals and concerns. I find out what is important to you and together, we address any issues. A thorough assessment will be performed and I will weigh your baby before and after the feeding. Families will receive hands-on, gentle care along with evidence-based guidance. You will learn techniques to help your baby latch easier and positions that make breastfeeding more comfortable. I will provide families with a plan to implement after the visit. This also includes follow up emails for any questions or concerns you may have after our visit.

Virtual Initial Consults: $125
Follow-Up Visit
Follow-up visits allow time for questions, fine-tuning, and progressing the initial plan. We will continue to address any new concerns and weigh infant before and after a feeding.
